Leadership on and off the court
Jakarri Hunt
Every great program starts with someone willing to build it. Coach Jakarri Hunt founded HB Hoops around a simple belief: young players deserve a place to learn the game, build confidence, and discover what a team can become.
Through HB Hoops, a Southern California basketball club and training program serving athletes from 8U through 17U, that belief is put into action every day. Now, Hunt brings that same player-first approach—teaching, accountability, and belief—to 2034 ELITE as the program’s new head coach.
His mission is bigger than the next score. It is to help a new generation develop the habits, confidence, and love for the game that last.
